I bring a diverse set of skills and perspective to complement and strengthen your own fundraising abilities. I have planned and executed three capital campaigns, at both the university and academic unit level. I have strengths in strategic planning and critical thinking with a focus on making everyone successful, no matter what position they may hold.

I have trained hundreds of fundraisers in topics that range from discovery and qualification to strategic portfolio management, major gift work, making the ask and closing gifts, and relationship building. I have mentored and coached fundraisers for many years and have helped executive officers navigate new roles and challenging situations.

I stay current on all trends and new ways of using services to enhance fundraising outcomes. I have a broad network of development colleagues across the world that I can access at any time which only adds depth to the services I can provide.

Fundraising is hard work and can be quite stressful which is why I like to take time, listen, be collaborative, and keep focused on what is needed to help make everyone successful while providing a space for honest conversations, positivity, and encouraging words and actions.
